OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT - PARKING RULES

Effective May 6, 2026

The Preserve at St. Andrews Park Homeowners Association will begin strictly enforcing the parking restrictions contained in the Neighborhood Declaration of Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Easements and the Association’s Rules and Regulations.

These parking rules were adopted by the Board and have been in effect since February 9, 2024. The Board is now directing consistent and uniform enforcement.

All resident vehicles will be properly parked (i.e., in driveway or garage) not on the street or any grassed area.

Effective May 6, 2026, no Visitor vehicles may be parked on the street after 11:00 p.m., except for pre-approved events where the homeowner has provided at least 48 hours’ advance written notice to the HOA.

If you are planning an event that will require vehicles to be parked on the street after 11:00 p.m., please advise the HOA by email at contact@saintandrewspreserve.com (mailto:contact@saintandrewspreserve.com) at least 48 hours in advance. It remains the resident’s responsibility to ensure all vehicles are properly parked and do not obstruct emergency access.

If street parking is permitted after advising the HOA, all vehicles parked on the street must be parked on the same side of the street so that emergency vehicles can pass without obstruction. Vehicles must not block the roadway to thru traffic.

Vehicles in violation of these rules may be ticketed, immobilized, or towed at the owner's expense in accordance with Florida law and the Governing Documents. Violations are subject to a fine of $100 per day, per vehicle.

Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the appearance and safety of our community.

Sincerely,

The Board of Directors
The Preserve at St. Andrews Park Homeowners Association, Inc.
