Compliance Committee Hearing

In our Florida HOA, a compliance committee hearing is a required meeting where neutral homeowners review a rules violation and decide whether the Board can issue a fine — it gives the homeowner a chance to explain their side before any penalty is finalized.
*Only committee members and the affected home owners will be present. Board members do not participate.
